11th Annual “Home Sweet Home” Chocolate Festival

The “Home Sweet Home” Chocolate Festival is a chocolate-sampling party open to everyone 21 and over. Guests are treated to all-they-care-to-eat chocolate specialties and other treats, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, and the opportunity to bid for a wide variety of donated objects, commercial goods and services offered by silent auction. The Festival will also feature live music from Reversing Radio and wine sampling from several local wineries.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All attendees must be 21 or over.

  • Homeowners are selected from among those that have completed Muskogee’s Bridges out of Poverty program, Money Matters course and Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University Course.Qualifications

    Closing Costs Must be able to pay $2,500 at closing which includes first years’ taxes and insurance. You will have time to save.
    Sweat Equity Must work 300 hours single parent or 500 hours dual parent. Family and friends can contribute half.
    Sex Offender Must not be a registered sex offender


    Must be employed or have steady income to pay back the mortgage. Must have good credit
